Linda Byam, a certified health coach, will be here to speak with you about a long-term approach to a healthy lifestyle. She will be discussing such topics as:
- Physical activity
- Nutritional choices
- Sleep hygiene
- Stress management
There will be two group sessions on Wednesday, May 16. The first session will be held from 10:00am – 10:30am, and the second session will be held from 10:30am – 11:00am. These will take place in the back MacElwee Conference room on the 4th floor.
